About the Group

The Writers' Roundtable group was founded by Anne Cox to be a place where writers can meet to workshop their pieces and discuss the craft of writing. Writers of all genres attend the group (fiction, nonfiction, poetry, children's literature, journalism, etc.). We are an open group, with no required attendance. New members are always welcome to drop in on any meeting. Whether you write for a living or whether it is only a hobby, we invite you to the Writers' Roundtable!

The Writers' Roundtable group meets at Pohick Regional Library (Burke, Virginia) on the first & third Wednesday each month from 7pm-9pm. We now have write-ins at Borders by Springfield Mall every Sunday before the third Wednesday each month starting at 1pm.
